Dishonest company, will rip you off without a refund.

I booked to stay for 3 nights in a business trip, the first night at 10.00 pm I realised a loud humming noise coming from the wall, it wasn’t the aircon in the room, I called the security to verify and one other tenant. The manager was in Suva and I had a chat, they could not provide an alternative room and I was left without accommodation at midnight, I had to go to another hotel at midnight and find accommodation, the next day I asked for a refund and they told me they can’t refund only offered me a voucher to stay in future, I am from Australia and I had to leave in 3 days hence don’t need accommodation. They blocked my number and told me I can get faked and they won’t refund, very pathetic management and dishonest business, I would advise people to save themselves from this dishonest place as you will loose money
