Tokatoka was an excellent choice for me as a customer TRANSITING through Fiji due to its ideal location to the airport. I used the trip.com app to do an online booking with a good deal literally minutes before enjoying a 10-minute walk from Nadi International Airport to the resort.
Was welcomed with a cool orange juice while waiting to check in at the counter.
Didn't have enough time to visit the whole resort as I was tired from the trip, but my observations and first impressions of Tokatoka are as follows:
1. Ideal location to Airport (walking distance)
2. Very friendly stuff with great customer service
3. Free airport transport transfer provided
4. Room could be better decorated (#114)
5. My Highlight: Great restaurant and bar area with amazing pool design. There's also a playground area for kids, which is a bonus.
Overall rating, 4.5/5 🙏🏼🇵🇬

Mereani massage was amazing! Great kids playground!
Perfect place to stay with the our family, after being at another resort for the previous 7 nights. Tokatoka was right opposite the airport, so ideal for our early morning flight out of Fiji. The children’s play areas are amazing! Great pool and awesome pool slide! Mereani gave me a full body and face massage - amazing! Her massage was absolutely beautiful!

Airport pick up did not showed up, almost 10 of us were waiting and ended up finding a ride to the hotel and reception refused to pay. We called them several times, no one picked up. Wifi were terrible as well.

Beautiful, I always send my families to this hotel whenever they go to Nadi. Very comfortable, staffs were friendly and accomodating, clean and relaxing even though I was only there for 14hrs or so. Love it. This is where to go when you have a long layover transit.❤️❤️❤️

Terrible customer service
We did not end up staying here so we cannot review the actual hotel. We did however have a booking which needed to be slightly changed due to the cyclone in our area. Every other hotel, airline etc that we had booked gladly made this slight date change as a gesture of goodwill. We tried several times to contact Tokatoka but our emails were ignored. Then when we finally heard from them, they just didn't care. We weren't asking much (we only wanted the room for a few hours!) - but they were either too lazy or too greedy to help. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend making a booking with them.
