Unfortunate broken parking fob and missing ironing board were sorted quickly and easily. Would have been nice to have a small heater to supplement the underfloor heating. Great location - especially for us as attending a funeral in the area.

Only point of criticism relates to parking your car; due to the contructions underway car needs to be parked 300m away.
Other than that, staying here was a very pleasant experience

It’s a lovely apartment, clean and tidy. I didn’t like the fact that a key 🔑 and a manager were not easily available at first, it was stressful to deal with it specially after a long trip. Perhaps next time will be better. Thank you so much for correcting those issues afterwards.

Cleaning was very bad and the room was dirty.
Customer service was angry and careless.

Was everything new nothing to complain about it. Also you have your own bathroom, not share as most of the other properties in the same period.
