A day in chemistry

Fresh room, nice staff, off season so it was a bit crowded but they solved it still well, breakfast quite ok

Midsummer night

Nice stay with excellent service! We had a nice stay at this beautiful location. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and welcoming.The villa itself was wonderfully clean on arrival. Although the towels were not completely satisfactory the first time, this was immediately solved very neatly: we could immediately exchange them for clean ones and even got extra coffee cups as an extra service. The extensive shop on the park is a very nice addition by the way! A small tip for future guests: the villas are (because of the light) perhaps even more suitable for a wonderful winter holiday if you really like dark sleeping. We also found the ice experience with 200m2 quite pricey per person. Just like the other outdoor activities, we think this experience would come into its own even better in the winter months. All in all a beautiful place where we have been warmly received!

Such a cool consept with beautiful view!

We loved this place! I think the concept was very cool. The villas were pleasantly decorated, but it was a little stupid that one of the small windows could not cover. It gets very bright in the summer, and it caused us to wake up earlier than we had planned because of the light.
The bathroom was experienced a little tired, with rust / dirt on various parts of the shower.
Otherwise the beds were good, there was beautiful view, and it was superb with air conditioning because the villa became very hot very quickly in the sunsteak.
The breakfast at the hotel was quite boring with little selection. The eggshell tasted nothing, and there was otherwise a little pressure to choose from.
The staff on site were awesome and kind, and we felt very welcome

Interesting experience staying in the glasshouse. The service is excellent as the front desk waited for our arrival before patiently explaning the facilities and attraction that is the snowcastle. Kitchen in room is pretty basic but ok to cook instant noodles and egg from the nearby supermarket. Breakfast is good too.
