Pikkukarhu apartment
Just returned from a fantastic trip to Lapland with Ingram’s.
Luckily for us, we arrived just as the really cold (-40) weather had passed.
We had skied in Levi before so knew what to expect - but couldn’t find much info online about the Pikkukarhu apartment.
The apartment:
It’s comfortable and well located for Levi town centre and easy 10 min walk to glacier express lifts or ski bus.
Double bedroom upstairs with large bathroom and lovely sauna - perfect after a day outside!
Another double bed adjoining the living room / kitchen.
The apartment is located on the first floor - there is no lift. We couldn’t find the ski locker - which was we were told was in an adjacent building - so we carried skis and boots down the granite stairs every day and put the boots on in the lobby as quietly as we could as there wasn’t much space and it was outside someone else’s door.
Shopping
We took essentials like pasta, teabags, coffee with us. Supermarket is about 10 minutes walk. We bought everything else that we needed - some things are more expensive than uk.
Skiing
We’ve skied a lot and been to Levi before. The scenery is spectacular and we love skiing under the slope lights - there are only probably 4 hours on daylight in January.
Previously we didn’t use the ski bus at all as you can get the ski lift from the front slopes- about a 10 minute walk from the apartment- but this time didn’t want to overdo it or get too cold, so used the bus for the 15 min journey to the south slopes on the first day.
It’s cheaper to add the ski bus pass to your ski pass - but you can pay per journey.
Northern lights
We were so happy to see them - but did spend a lot of time walking back and forth to the lake where it is dark enough to see them. It’s a 20 minute walk to the lake from the town. Electric hand warmers were very useful as your hands get very cold when you take off gloves to take photos.
Very happy with inghams - they did take good care of us.
We hope to return next year!

Just wonderful!
I would highly recommend Levilehto! We stayed in a 2-bed apartment (50m) and it was just perfect! The electric drying cupboard was fantastic and the sauna was lovely. Used the washing machine plenty and lovely touches such as washing up liquid and washing powder left as well as dishwasher tablets and a very well equipped kitchen. We purchased the bedding and towels pack which was great and I did the clean myself. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful and the location was just perfect! We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights right above our apartment! Would love to stay here again.

Absolutely love these apartments been coming here many years and have been recently upgraded. Excellent location, amazing sauna, washing machine and log fire with free wood. Such a lovely relaxing spot 5 mins from resort centre and supermarket. What’s not to love. Booked again for 2026.

Best in Levi
Wonderful apartment, the smallest as it was told me by the receptionist, but very confortable. It has a fully furnished kitchen (with dish washer machine, oven, fridge), two single beds, bathroom. You can have also sauna for free.
Supermarket is 10 minutes by walk and the hotel has free parking.

Fantastic apartment!
What a wonderful apartment! We stayed in a 46m2 terraced apartment and it had everything and more that you could need. We opted for the bedding package, as the mattresses are not the same as here in the UK and I didn't want to faff around with bringing sheets that might not fit. The sauna was great and the underfloor heating a real luxury! It is located so close to town that it took only 5 minutes on foot. Close to shops and restaurants but still in a nice quiet location. Thank you Levilehto for a lovely stay. If we are lucky enough to be able to come back to Levi, then we will be sure to stay here again!!
