A beautiful place

No words to describe how beautiful is this magic place among a wonderful nature: it looks like a fairy place. We spent two nights in a nice wodden cottage (fit for max 7 people but we were only three). The Hotel is in the mainland but all the cottages (approximately a dozen) are on an island, inside a lake, connected to the land by a small bridge. There is a private beach in the island and some boats available for guests. Inside our cottage everything was perfect: an equipped kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms on the loft, a bathroom and even a sauna. Outside a table, some chairs and a barbecue. It takes 10 minutes to get a big supermarket and a very good restaurant (Vanha Kelo). Finally, if you like hiking a little bit, you can visit Repovesi National Park, that is 60 or 70 km. far from here, it means less than an hour and, in my opinion, it's worth the effort.

A quirky place

The hotel is ok, the host is lovely and extremely helpful.
The room is super cute and cosy.
The breakfast was ok, not much of a selection, but enough to fill the belly.
The rooms don't have a tv but there's a communal TV room directly outside the room with tea and coffee facilities.

Peaceful

A beautiful and peaceful place, ideal rural tranquil getaway. If you want to get away from it all and chill out then book this place. Friendly owners who advised on local attractions/activities. Would book again

Beautiful location and good service

I was sleeping in a room at granary, so it was very cheep. I wasn't expecting anything fancy or clean so I was happy.
Breakfast was excellent and service was very good. We had a nice chat with owner-couple in the morning.

Jäi yöpymättä

Matkalla pohjoisesta etelään väsy iski ja tuli tarve majapaikalle. Aurantola oli sopivasti matkan varrella ja nettisivujen mukaan huoneita oli vapaana ja buukattavissa. Varmuuden vuoksi soitin vielä paikanpäälle, että sopiiko tulla klo 23 aikaan. Aspan vastaus: "No mun pitäs varmaan tulla saunasta siihen. On vieraita kylässä." Vierailumme olisi ollut ilmeisesti vaivaksi yritykselle, joten jäi yöpymättä, mistä syystä 1/5. Kerrassaan erikoista asiakaspalvelua.

Olen pahoillani väärinkäsityksestä. Olemme pieni perheyritys, joten meille on ihan normaalia, että tulemme kesken saunomisen tai vaikka suoraan sängystä avaamaan respaa myöhään saapuville. Kiitos palautteesta!
