Nice Place in the center of Oulu

Room with a balcony and seawiew ❤️. Fresh air in the room. Clean and lovely design. Stayed only one nigth, but i will come back later for sure

For sleeping only

The room is clean and suitable for sleeping. There is very little table space, so your things are basically hanging on the wall or on the floor. No actual breakfast and no fridge. If the price is cheap then this is nice room!

Brand new, but bad water pressure

Great location, looks nice, is otherwise functional, but the water pressure shouldn’t be so “ecological”.
Check-in / out self-service devices (or system within) could be a lot faster and more responsive. The two devices can also be somewhat busy during peak hours - of which also the extra speed / optimization of said devices might help.
Neighbors doors can cause different kinds of resonating and banging - could be adjusted better.
A bit on the expensive side considering the “service-free” experience and no minibar/fridge (at least in the cheapest room), but can be expected because of the location.

Okayish condition with horrible price and communication

Prices during my stay were insane. Room did not have chairs or usable tables. No service at all.
Email communication is horrible. Take the marketing people away, and use proper language, really.

We had room with king size bed. Bed was extremly high, I'm 1.70m tall and it was very uncomphortable to sit on bed edge, and no chairs in a room.
No desk for job, lot of non, practical decoration elements. Bed location was ununderstandable, in front of windo, access only from one side. For older peaple terrible.
