Perfect stay in an amazing cabin

Our stay was excellent. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, very convenient to move around and get to know the Santa villa. The cabin was beautiful, with all the equipment of 1st level. The bed extremely comfortable, even had sauna. All this allowed us to spend a few divine days.
The breakfast was really exquisite, with very good quality products and variety. In addition, we want to highlight the friendliness of the staff: both at the reception and the people attending during breakfast were always very attentive, warm and predisposed to help. I especially want to highlight Gonzalo who received us very warmly and was always helping us.
Definitely a place we would return to and that we recommend 100%.

Dishonest hotels reluctant to refund Activity

The hotel was new and beautiful, but about the Activity, the cancellation of a reservation as a result of a significant delay in the pick-up of the other party. For some reason, the person concerned initially applied for a refund himself, but after that, the people involved tied each other up, lost touch, ignored it and the refund was not realized.
You shouldn't stay in such a dishonest hotel. It should definitely be stopped.

An amazingly magical place especially in the snow, fantastic staff and great location.

We have recently returned from a two-night stay here, and we are so glad we did. Having booked just a few days before we went, it turned out to be the perfect place to stay, only 5 minutes from the airport. This peaceful location is next to the Santa Claus Village and a few minutes walk to everything. The staff are so friendly and helpful from the reception to the restaurant. We stayed in a Nordic cottage which was amazing, a great size with everything you need, including a sauna, kitchen, a log burner, and amazing views looking over the resident reindeer Heidi and Gingerbread. 10/10.

More than a hotel, an experience

Amazing hotel! Next to Santa Claus Town, a little away from the centre of rovaniemi (easy to reach by car). It is very close to the airport which makes it easy on arrival and departure. Hotel Lindo, with an excellent breakfast and restaurant, with impeccable service in all sectors. We stayed in the Aurora Suite, which is spectacular, private and very well equipped. I highly recommend the hotel. It's not a little cheap, especially for us Brazilians, but it was worth every penny.

Wonderful cabin slightly let down by average breakfast

Located a short walk away from the Santa Claus Village with all its entertainment and restaurants.
Our self-contained cabin was stylish and came with all mod cons including a full kitchen, coffee machine, wonderful log fire, and a good size personal sauna. The huge window in the bedroom allowed for Northern Lights gazing whilst being tucked up in bed.
There were some maintenance issues such as missing window blinds and the safe not working, but overall were we impressed with our cabin. Service was also very attentive and helpful.
That said, breakfast was a very average buffet and there was no cooked-to-order egg station. Given the price we paid, this was the only real downside during our stay.
