Spa Stay

We stayed two nights in the spa. A good experience with good service. Nice with charging option and free parking at the hotel. An extra thank you to the front desk who booked us into a decent double room for free. We'd love to come back. The only thing to note was that not all signs in the spa area were translated into English.

Avoid the Superior family room unless you really need one

We were upgraded to a Superior family room due to overbooking. Sweet - except that there's a door to the neighbouring room and we can hear every sound, every word, every conversation through the door - and undoubtedly vice versa. My idea of relaxing in the room in the evening after spa didn't include hearing the gathering in the neighbouring room. Forget about sleeping early without ear plugs. Avoid unless you really need a family room.

Less service with more money
We have stayed here regularly. Unfortunately the hotel has increased prices and at the same time reduced what is included. Last time gym and spa were free to use for the hotel guests. Now you need to pay to access the gym.
The new gym is super fancy, but as a hotel guest I would prefer a basic gym for free so that I can visit whenever I like.
Rooms are pretty basic (also cleaning could be better), and do not justify the high price without the included services.
