A beautiful hotel close to the beach.
A wonderful weekend at Capao Beach which is our favorite hotel.
A warm Welcoming, spacious hall, beautiful decoration, clear. A very nice room. Already a little holiday feeling on arrival.
The hotel is 2 steps from the beach, and what a joy after a morning walk to share a very hearty beautiful breakfast.
We are fans of this place where there is benevolence and recommend it to all those who wish to spend a beautiful stay in Cap d’Agde.

MUST IMPROVE
This hotel is located at the end of a dead end, which gives it the advantage of not being bothered by motor vehicles; at the end of this dead end is the CARAVELLE parking lot for which the hotel has a preferential rate of 12 € per day, which I recommend instead of the "private" parking at 22€.
The welcome is provided by very friendly staff who give you a bag and insulated bottles for water at your discretion.
All the staff are very kind, whether it is the pool service or the room service.
After a maze of stairs (at least one staircase in the middle of each floor) you reach a room that, considering the price, is outdated,
Air conditioning from the 60s whose remote control is your arm, a television as big as a tablet; a toilet with a broken seat, an aging shower that you have to tame either to not be frozen or scalded, and an uncovered balcony that makes you find your towel to dry in the same state as when coming out of the pool.
A varied breakfast, but one would expect as much for the price of 24€/person, which is over 1400€ for 5 nights.

Capao is perfection, 1000 Star Service, friendly staff and unlimited kindness.
The dishes? Incredible discoveries, a pleasure with every bite.
Between snacks like bagnat sandwich, salad of the day and slate.
The dishes, from parillada to grilled Gambas not to mention the excellent seafood platter.
What to say besides CONGRATULATIONS AND THANKS FOR EVERYTHING.
I will come back every year just to eat and enjoy with a team of thunder!!!

Reviews – Hotel 4★ Capao Beach, Cap d’Agde (approx.
Upon arrival, the elegant and warm Welcoming hall makes you want to believe. Appreciable attention awaits the families: a ride offered to the children, enough to start the stay on a pleasant rating. Breakfast is generous, with homemade products, and the staff, both at the Morning Service and in the restaurant, are truly friendly.
But the magic falls fast. The hotel does have two swimming pools: the “private” one, which is actually open to all for lack of an access code, and a second, shared with the neighbouring residence – a detail omitted from the official website. As for the so-called “private” swimming pool, the lack of deckchairs is obvious, and those present are often monopolised for hours by abandoned towels, without any intervention of the staff. More than a “zen” and relaxing space worthy of a 4★, it is the Mood of a municipal swimming pool... charged at the high price.
Our terrace could have been a real plus if the broken tiles — dangerous for the children — and the direct visual proximity to those of the neighbors had not spoiled all privacy. On the comfort side, the list of inconveniences is growing: defective flushing allowing water to run for long minutes, almost non-existent soundproofing, and Wi-Fi so slow that it becomes unusable.
In conclusion, difficult to justify a rate exceeding 400 € per night. The four stars shine on the façade, but quickly fade in the performances. Here, only the price is really up to the stated ambitions... For this level of Service, a good campsite would do the trick.
