A real catastrophe! 3 or 4 TV channels, no soap , unpleasant bedding, faulty power outlet, very noisy environment, traces of cigarette burns everywhere, very noisy heating, bedding with a very bad smell...

Bad experience

Bad experience, no towel in the room, no toilet paper, no pillowcase, a very unpleasant smell in the room (cigarette, laundry) unbearable throughout the night, we had to go to the reception 3 times to ask for everything missing in the room. The towels washed and dried them in the moment before giving them to us. Negative review!

First family experience in 1st class - non-smoking room that reeks of cigarettes - no soap in the bathroom - pillows of poor quality and the smell of sheets was closer to cigarettes than laundry - only the cleaning was correct.

I booked here for a week but left after one night. It was full of bugs and there was blood on my sheets. It resembles an American motel where a serial killer would take people to kill them. Genuinely the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Disgusting!
