Impeccable

I highly recommend this super welcoming hotel, top-notch air conditioning, impeccable bedding, private parking at the hotel, the manager is attentive to their clientele, breakfast has something for everyone, scrambled eggs, cold cuts, homemade pastries, bean-to-cup coffee machine, top-notch stay.

Albi getaway.

Very spacious and very comfortable room. I appreciated the A/C..
Very good breakfast.
Very friendly welcome, kindness and availability of the hotel staff.
I highly recommend Hotel Chiffre.
Plus, it is ideally located a stone's throw from the center.

Clean, but the garage is a joke. You cannot leave or come in between 8:00 pm and 7:00 am. This should be listed. No ice anywhere. Room is clean but basically a hostel. Breakfast buffet is pretty bad. Cold, raw eggs. Packaged pastries, bread, and if you’re early enough you get charcuterie and cheese. You’re five minutes away from a much better hotel in the Ibis.

Dubious hygiene, to say the least!

We were the victims of a deplorable incident. We had to finish preparing the beds ourselves with the duvets we found in the wardrobe. That’s when we had to deal with a big hygiene problem, one of which was heavily stained, leaving no doubt as to the origin of this soiling (see photo). It was 11:00 in the evening when we made this discovery and there was no one left at the reception. So we reported it and showed it to the receptionist the next morning Thursday 10th. No words of apology!
We then wrote to the hotel management who admitted the facts, eventually apologized and offered to come back for a night at their expense. Unfortunately, not planning to come back to Albi for a while, we made a counter-proposal: cut the pear in half (every other duvet) and therefore refund half of what we paid. This commercial gesture seemed self-evident to us. But since then, it has been radio silence, not even a response to our proposal.

Cela dit, je tiens à vous assurer que nous ne laissons jamais nos clients sans réponse, et nous sommes désolés si vous avez eu cette impression.
Nous regrettons sincèrement l'incident que vous avez rencontré, qui ne reflète en rien les standards de qualité et de propreté que nous nous efforçons de garantir chaque jour. Votre retour a été pris très au sérieux.
Afin de prévenir toute situation similaire à l’avenir, nous avons revu l’ensemble de notre protocole d’hygiène. Des mesures concrètes ont été mises en place, notamment l’ajout de protections spécifiques pour nos couettes afin d’éviter tout incident de ce type.
Nous renouvelons nos excuses pour la gêne occasionnée et espérons pouvoir, malgré tout, regagner votre confiance lors d’un prochain séjour.
