Great location in a wonderful city

Hotel des Alpes was a very convenient and comfortable spot in Annecy. Right out the door I felt like was in the heart of the city and being so close to the train station was nice. Driving around and parking in Annecy was not my favorite but we made it work. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very basic but checked all the boxes for what we needed.

Rooms are dingy. I know it’s an old building so it is hard to update, but rooms were not well maintained or really needed an update. Pillows were hard and flat and one per person. Carpet in room was questionable. Walls were dirty. Lobby area was clean and breakfast was great! Staff was amazing. The location was perfect.

Great locations. Reasonable price.
Friendly staffs. But facility, not so great. Shower room glass, one part missing n cannot close all the way. The glass door was very hard to close

Great staff. Parking was in a public car park. Not great when you have motorcycles, but they were still there in the morning. Room dated but acceptable.

Very good

The room is pleasant, the hosts are very helpful, the breakfast is good, the hotel is one street away from the train station. I have no complaints, the standards are met.
