Stay here for three nights and relax after TMB hiking. Very convenient location for bus and go to old town. Have air condition but effect is not very good. WiFi is not working some times and login everytime I want to connect.

Lovely place

Really friendly and helpful staff. Location perfect for the town and exploring the surrounding area, such as beach and hills. Just a short walk from station in nice area.

What a wonderful hotel. The staff are so lovely, nothing is too much trouble. We had a room on the 3rd floor, a lift is available if needed. Bed was really comfortable and shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast was good value at €11 and plenty of choice. Location is perfect the old town is directly behind the hotel and the lake slightly further. Annecy was beautiful. We can’t wait to come back and would definitely stay here again.

Great location to explore Annecy

The location is ideal if you are doing Old Town. 5 minute walk to most everything and the Imperial Beach is a 20-minute walk. Smaller rooms but fine. Newer clean bathrooms. Lovely little breakfast for 11 euros and the front staff is incredibly nice and helpful. They are here 24 hours a day.

The room was small and the shower very small. Not suitable for the larger person but it was very clean and good amenities like shower gel etc. Location also good.
