Very nice
Hotel downtown. Very welcome. Comfortable room. A pleasant fragrance that welcomes you from the entrance, unlike some hotels where it smells the night before cooking or the closed!!! . The breakfast is really perfect. I read that things were missing!!! But what? Frankly it was all right. I recommend and besides the super nice looking garden in summer!!!

while we want to promote Logis hotels, which guarantee tradition and expertise, over large hotel chains, we must unfortunately acknowledge, once again, that the standard is not there, far from it. very basic welcome upon departure as well as upon arrival. but here, catastrophic breakfast. detail: arriving at 8:20 a.m. for breakfast, we were dismayed, along with two other tables (including some English guests who were also disappointed), to find nothing left to eat: only bread and jams, a bit of cold cuts. when we asked for pastries, we were told that we arrived too late and that food waste should be avoided. why then not have been a bit proactive? finally, frozen pastries were reheated and we had to wait 20 minutes to receive them, hot, soft, inedible. the waitress, irritated and angry, then cleared the tables, throwing the cutlery here and there. in short, extremely unpleasant for the 3 tables that could not get up early enough to benefit from a decent breakfast. on the way back, passing by the neighboring Marie-Blachère, we regretted not having had our breakfast there... especially since at checkout, the receptionist was no warmer than the other servers.
more generally, we would like to promote, as mentioned above, the Logis hotel chain, but it is - unfortunately quite often - a big disappointment compared to what one can find at a lower cost in better-known hotel and restaurant chains.

Disappointing
We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and had booked several rooms. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
First surprise: significant price discrepancies between rooms that were similar. Some even paid for a double room more than a triple room, which is hard to understand.
Then, in several rooms, the air conditioning did not work properly and did not cool. During a heatwave, given the price of the rooms, this is particularly regrettable.
Finally, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Upon my arrival, I discovered a large spider on my pillow, which is unacceptable for an establishment of this category.
The most disappointing aspect remains the lack of consideration from management. I took the time to send an email to the manager to address these various issues, but I have not received any response to this day.
It is truly unfortunate, as this stay, which was supposed to be pleasant for a family event, was spoiled by numerous inconveniences and the lack of follow-up on our complaint. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this establishment.

For a stopover it was OK. It was very clean but only basic facilities in the room. Restaurant was closed. Breakfast was good & the staff person, who had no English, was very helpful & polite.

A charming and comfortable step.
A pleasant stop on the way to the holidays , a Friendly Welcoming, a large room , exemplary cleanliness, high-end bedding, free private parking, a renowned restaurant, a swimming pool in the garden , terrace .
