Incompetent staff
The hotel staff showed great incompetence.
My sister and I came for one night at this hotel and it was a total disaster. We were forced to get a hotel because we had a concert planned that was far from our home. First of all, when picking up our key, we gave our name for the reservation to the receptionist, repeating our name to her 3 times, but we had also spelled it out for her.
She made us pay taxes and supplements, according to her, which amounted to about €50. Upon entering our room, we noticed that we had been upgraded, so that was not necessarily a problem for us.
We got ready to go to the concert and left quickly because we were in a hurry. Arriving at the concert, we looked at our reservation and it said “Total amount of the stay paid, taxes and fees included”. We therefore called the hotel to get an explanation. Indeed, the receptionist had indeed mixed up the reservation. We asked her not to change our room, to which the staff replied that it was not their intention. So we enjoyed our concert. We returned to the hotel around 2 a.m. and our only desire was to rest.
Arriving at the hotel, our room key card did not work. We looked for the night porter for 5 minutes, shouted throughout the hotel to see if there was anyone, but no one answered. We had to go out to ring the bell and then come back in to finally find the night porter. He gave us a new card and, arriving at the room, nothing. They had removed all our belongings. Knowing that we had gotten ready and had spread our belongings out everywhere. We went down to the front desk once again to ask for our belongings. The night porter replied that he was not aware of that and that they must surely be in the room of the person with whom there was a mix-up. We asked him if the lady was in the room and worried about waking her up so late. While going to look for our bag in the said room, he looked into the meeting room, which was open and accessible to all hotel guests. We pointed out to him that there was a lack of communication between the hotel staff members and that he should have known where our belongings were, but also that our belongings could have been stolen. Upon opening our bag, the items had been put in the bag without any respect for them, including one of our toothbrushes which was put in the bag and not in a toiletry bag or even a small protective cover, but also earrings were put in toilet paper. The next day, when we went down for breakfast, we asked to see the manager, primarily to get a refund of the 50€ and especially to report everything that had happened. Upon arriving in front of her, she apologized but did not seem surprised by the situation.
We were refunded, but nothing excuses everything that happened that night.

Would give zero stars if I could
Sprayed disgusting scent throughout the hotel. One stairwell was filthy and covered with cigarette ashes and garbage.

A very run down hotel, room had stains all over carpet, skirting boards hanging off wall, a pipe leaking in the wall as shower was running, it was evident it had been leaking for some time.

A little understated
Check in rather slow. Room that smelled of mold as well as the corridor of the floor, carpet everywhere (as is known is not the maximum hygiene), road from the parking lot to the hotel entrance bumpy and full of holes. If you arrive in the dark you risk falling and dropping your suitcases with wheels.
I've been visiting ibis in France and elsewhere for 30 years but I've never found breakfast at 8am the next morning almost finished... no more croissants, finished bread and no staff present who have made the commitment to stock the assortment despite protests from customers.
Room like many other Ibis, quite small, without a wardrobe and with a small table to put something. Well the bathroom with a large and comfortable shower.
