3-star luxury

Superb. Excellence in all areas. The welcome, the cleanliness, the restaurant, even if the menu is a bit expensive, but the quality is worthy of the rating. I knew the place, but this time I arrived by motorcycle, nothing to complain about. It is a 3-star luxury hotel. I recommend it, but don't all go there; I would like there to be space left for me next time.

Pleasant and nice.

A night for two for a romantic weekend in the Jura, the hotel is pleasant, and the staff is nice. The rooms are clean. It is an excellent value for money.
In short, you can stop there without worry!

Two Enchanting Days!

We stayed from 25.11.2025 to 27.11.2025 with my partner and we were delighted to leave.
It was two great days despite the autumn weather.
The Romantic Room was superb.
The extraordinary breakfast and source of rich ideas to avoid waste! WELL DONE!
As for the restaurant, we feasted on both evenings.
Mrs. and Mr. Troussard offered us different dishes with different agreements on them. Many thanks to them for this attention!
And it was a great honor, as a sommelier in Roussillon, to know one of these fathers as Mr. Philippe Troussard, to visit his exceptional cellar, and consult his most inspiring cellar book!
I admit I lost my voice so much that I was impressed to meet him!
Special mentions for Zoe, for her great kindness, services and presentations of the food (as well as for her recommendation on the city of Dole), as well as Clara, for her kindness also, her seriousness, her service and of course her presentations on wines throughout our two evenings.
I hope I haven't forgotten anyone but if ever, a big thank you to the whole Troussard family and ALL his team for a wonderful stay!

Pension’s restaurant is a delight everything is really good from starter to dessert the sommelier is extraordinary and for cheese lovers there is something to do Trip Tip do not forget to taste what I have in the jar pure delight service to the little care

Unmissable place!

· What I enjoyed? Clearly everything!!! The beauty and standing of the building, the welcome, the decor, the cleanliness, the quality of bedding and breakfast.
In addition, the hotel manager made sure that I could waive the arrival conditions, allowing me to pick up the room keys before the scheduled time (I had an appointment to honor and did not plan to be back until late enough in the evening). A must for a stay in this charming town of Arbois, to be honored for its heritage, its traditions (gastronomic among others!) and the kindness of its inhabitants.
I regret not having the opportunity (actually not time!) to enjoy the restaurant of the establishment. Just reading the card makes your mouth water! But I will come back!!!
