Nicely designed and comfortable room with balcony. There were a couple of issues but the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Could be better

We stayed for 3 nights .
There were 8 of us in 4 rooms.
On arrival , we found out that the rooftop terrace & bar were not open.
Very disappointing...it would have been good to have been told this before we arrived.
The breakfast room below ground smelled of damp.
The small lounge area, had a complimentary hot drinks machine which didn't work some of the time.
The room:
positives:comfortable bed, good shower.
Negatives: safe didn't work.informed the receptionist who shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know about it.
Shutters on the balcony were tatty & needed TLC
Luggage stand was broken
Housekeeping on 2nd day was poor ( see photos )...very little had been done in the room.
We booked this hotel largely due to its Best Western status.
It fell far below the level of quality & service that we would expect.

Clean room, very friendly helpful staff good breakfast and easy parking and plenty of nearby eateries for all tastes nearby

The hotel was good. Breakfast very good, everything is there. On the other hand, very small rooms, impossible to leave a suitcase open. Shower room not very clean: the bottom of the shower doors are yellow dirt and a shutter was missing from the shower. For a hotel calling itself 3 stars, I think it was very fair.
