Very pleasant and well located.

Very pleasant and well located, fairly spacious room, beautiful bathroom, good bedding. Good restaurant by the golf course. Friendly staff. Fair value for money, except for the breakfast, which is really too expensive! 19 euros for very low-quality products (dry scrambled eggs, tasteless cheese, unappetizing ham...). I prefer the breakfasts at Ibis.

A restful stopover in a pleasant setting

A pleasant hotel, a warm and professional welcome.
It is our stopover for Orly 2 or 3 times a year. Never any surprises. Quality bedding and the comfort of Mercure hotels.

Comfortable hotel with no surprises. Pretty very good.

Comfortable hotel based on a classic Accor group model. So no surprises. Note its interesting location near the main roads and the building itself, which has interesting architecture.

A little disappointed

It is a shame that this establishment is not up to the standard of its setting. Indeed, it is a golf course, very wooded, with absolute calm! Regarding the reception, nothing to complain about, staff available and friendly. Pleasant decor. As for the room, however, there were some disappointments. During a heatwave, you appreciate a refrigerator to have at least cold water. But there is no fridge, and yet it is a privilege room. Second negative point, no safe in the room; if you have documents or valuables, you must go to the reception. And regarding the room amenities, the magnifying mirror is broken, the coffee maker base does not hold, and the toilet brush holder does not hold either. Let's move on to the restaurant part, it is stipulated that you must book in advance. Indeed there are a lot of people, but I ask myself the question, is there nothing else around as an establishment or has the quality dropped in the region. The presentation of my beef skewer was correct, except that the meat itself was inedible. For dessert, we had each ordered two scoops of ice cream. They arrived almost melted. For breakfast, I prefer to skip the quality of the scrambled eggs and orange juice. For the Accor group, I admit that I find better at an Ibis Styles.
In summary, regarding the staff, nothing to complain about, they are all very helpful and very available, the disappointment just comes from the services side.

Excellent welcome - pleasant setting

A big thank you to the entire team at Mercure Porte de Sologne for the quality of their welcome.
Throughout my stay, I was touched by your availability, professionalism, and kindness. You always responded to my requests with a smile, great responsiveness, and a true sense of service. Whether it was organizing meals, providing a refrigerator in the meeting room, or small attentions that made the stay more pleasant, I always found a team that was attentive and ready to find solutions.
I would like to especially thank Chloé, Nino, and Filiz, not to mention all of their colleagues. Each, in their own way, contributed to making this stay a very beautiful experience.
I will keep an excellent memory of my stay at the Mercure Porte de Sologne, largely thanks to your involvement and your sense of hospitality. This is an establishment that I recommend without the slightest hesitation, and in which I will be very pleased to return.
