Very good hotel

As with every time we come for the Aurillac Dog Show, we choose the B & B Hotel. We are always very well welcomed there by the Manager. Even our dog got his treat. The room and the bathroom were very clean. We had a large bed with a very comfortable mattress. Not to mention the AC which was welcome. The hotel is very quiet, and there is always a place to park around the hotel. I therefore recommend this hotel.

Reception reservation cancellation

A simple notice on a simple phone call.....
We had booked for a motorcycle weekend, but unfortunately we had to cancel.
Whether at the time of booking or cancellation, the phone reception was very professional; extremely courteous and understanding.
A rare thing these days....

Excelllent over-the-phone service prior to check-in, reliable out-of-hours access (this is gold dust having been let down badly by a competitor just around the corner before), very comfortable room. Highly recommended. Once again, having had previously awful experiences, this hotel was excellent on all the metrics which count. Thank you!
