Good location

Good location, close to the city centre and close to the slopes.
Very cozy atmosphere and good restaurant.
The rooms are very small but furnished OK.
The skistalden is unheated and there is no boot heater.

Hotel of VERY poor quality.

Hotel of poor quality. Old, with rooms from another era. Everything needs to be reviewed. How can one sell rooms and bathrooms in such a state? It is a shame.
Pass by, you have other options in Auron.

AVOID ROOM 41!

Room on the ground floor, which is accessed by a narrow staircase with uneven steps overlooking an equally narrow corridor. Before arriving at the room a small walk, although indicated, is very dangerous. Small room whose furniture marked by time deserves restoration. Small bed whose wooden end bed does not allow to extend its legs. Tiles of the damaged bathroom especially on the apron of the bathtub. Small exterior equipped with a table and two chairs whose seat of one of them is broken.
The evening we were in the restaurant room the fire alarm went off for long minutes. No explanation was given to us
Only positive the cleanliness.
Very disappointed in this establishment we will not go back

Beautiful discovery

We stayed at the Hotel L’Ecureuil in Auron for a weekend skiing and have a great memory.
Ideally located just 200 metres from the ski lifts, the hotel allows you to fully enjoy the very pleasant Auron ski area.
We particularly appreciated the warm and professional welcome of Adrien, as well as the kindness of his whole team. We chose half board: a quality formula, perfect after a day on the slopes.

Not great.

We came for Valentine's Day Room with 2 single beds not up to the price. Carpeted floor. Room to renovate.
A good refreshment to do - very small basic bathroom and need renovation.
Pricey rate for the room we had. The positive is the small living room that remains pleasant.
