Catastrophic
It is a disaster, already no parking space, you have to book in advance (if there are any left!!!) furthermore hotel not pleasant at all, staff more or less okay!
We did not sleep all night, a huge amount of noise, that was my worst night for my part..!
Instead of rest and calm!
Pain and discomfort, unfortunately…
Avoid at all costs!!!

Concernant le parking, celui-ci est gratuit, proposé sur réservation téléphonique et selon les disponibilités. Nous comprenons que l’absence de place à votre arrivée ait pu être décevante.
Nous souhaitons toutefois préciser que notre équipe reste pleinement investie dans l’accueil et l’accompagnement de nos clients. Malgré des échanges parfois difficiles lors de votre séjour, elle a toujours veillé à conserver une attitude professionnelle et respectueuse.
Nous prenons bien entendu en considération votre remarque concernant les nuisances sonores et le confort, car la qualité du séjour et le repos de nos clients restent essentiels à nos yeux.

Tried to get help from the hotel regarding a booking and they kept sending us back to other people without really solving the problem.

The hotel room is clean, very comfortable and spacious, but the service is terrible! The staff at the hotel reception are extremely difficult and unfriendly! They don't know how to welcome guests, not even a small presentation of the hotel or even an itinerary or places to visit, which happened in previous hotels on this trip through Provence! Parking is a problem; there are never any spaces, even when it's shown that there are, they're always distracted! On the last day, they made us sign a document to park the vehicle, which made no sense!!! If they were going to do it, it should have been done on the first day – what a lack of organization!!! To request pool towels, we had to leave identification; one of us had to go back to the room to get it, something they could have warned us about at check-in. Never before seen in hotels I've stayed in all over the world! The pool closes at 8 pm, and 5 minutes before they were already telling us to leave to close it, without time to dry off! One employee who was always at breakfast was always friendly, smiling in the mornings, and welcoming to guests… an example that should be set for the other staff members, unlike the employee ‘Magali’, who was always unfriendly and very difficult! Finally, at checkout they made us pay for one of our breakfasts! Breakfast was included in the stay at check-in, and we were served it during our stay… they only informed us at check-out! It could have been a fantastic stay, but due to the terrible

Group travel. Hotel room very nice, bed, bathroom, hot water all good. Unfortunately there is carpeting which I hate. I put 3 stars because of the restaurant's poor organization and poor food quality. Absolutely not able to meet vegetarian and vegan needs. Only 1 vegetarian in the whole group seemed too difficult to organize for. The vegetarian meals where a bit poorer than the rest of the group, so discriminating although the price paid was the same as everyone else. The first and third night there was a pasta dish full of cheese and besciamelle. A good thing that on the second evening they didn't remember and brought just the vegetable. It should be so easy being in France with all the nice cheeses they have, or prepare some mixed vegetables. It seemed like eating in a school cafeteria. Breakfast sufficient but always running out of things plus we had to always ask for non animal milk.
