Good value hotel. I liked being able to control heatng in my room; presence of a lift (albeit very small), especially as the staurcase was soiral and narrow; effective double glazing; reasonably priced breakfast; close to main avenue and cable car.
Negative points: it was a bit of a trek from the SNCF station (20 minute walk); no shower holder so had to kneel down in bath and hold with one hand.

We recommend this is Pension

The meals are delicious as well as the breakfast but the welcome is not warm not want to make conversation c is a bit awkward we do not know what this host thinks maybe this is the way to be it did not stop us from having a good weekend

Excellent location
Clean and comfortable room.
The manager is very kind.
Breakfast is very plentiful and gourmets will be satisfied with homemade pastries.
The restaurant is highly rated, but we did not have lunch or dinner.

A horror

Very dirty bedding. Mattress suspicious stains. Cushion yellowed by perspiration. We can put on sheets which are also ironed but stained. The blanket had an unclean smell; the stained bedspread had been turned over. Expensive room for lousy service, hotel formula 1 cleaner than that. Kitchen where we found a hair when I called the really awful hotelier. Hotel to avoid passing your way. I would never go back there
