We had a nice stay after a long journey. Friendly receptionist on arrival.
Free parking.
The room was quite spacious and clean with a view of the lawns.
We ate in the hotel restaurant and would definitely recommend the burger!
Good location for Auchan supermarket to stock up on supplies.

Very nice hotel with warm welcome
Warm welcome from Victoria who goes out of her way to please you. His smile and kindness his very appreciable. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is really nice, the outdoor amenities very nice (parking, terrace, swimming pool in summer).
I've been going down 3 days a week for 4 months now and I'm seeing a small deterioration in the breakfast offer. Indeed, there have been changes very recently. I can't find oats and applesauce as an individual part and biscuits (madeleines) anymore. And if you could do something special for the most loyal customers it would be really great! Thank you.

Nous ne manquerons pas de transmettre votre commentaire à Victoria.
Le petit déjeuner a en effet évolué avec des produits plus qualitatifs, locaux et faits maison pour se conformer à la marque Campanile. Nous proposons de nouveaux produits tels qu'un cake maison aromatisé, de la brioche, un nouveau pain, du miel local, un nouveau fromage, des coulis pour aromatiser les yaourts, des pommes de terre röstis, etc. Un jus détox sera également ajouté ! Sans oublier que nous conservons toujours nos incontournables, comme nos crêpes maison, notre pudding maison ou encore le Chaource et le Langres, deux fromages locaux.
De plus, dans un souci écologique, nous limitons tous les emballages individuels. La compote de pommes est toujours disponible sur notre buffet, mais dans un saladier, avec des bols à disposition, ainsi que le fromage blanc ou le yaourt.
Enfin, comme indiqué au petit déjeuner, nous proposons sur demande des produits sans gluten, tels que des flocons d'avoine, des madeleines, du lait végétal, du blanc de dinde halal, etc. Nous aurions été heureux de pouvoir vous aider et satisfaire vos demandes. N'hésitez pas à nous en faire part la prochaine fois !
Notre offre ne s'est donc pas dégradée ; nous l’adaptons à la demande et essayons également de suivre une démarche plus éco-responsable.
Concernant la question "quelque chose de particulier à faire pour les clients les plus fidèles", si vous parlez de tarification, nous avons l'habitude de travailler avec des entreprises ou clients réguliers en leur proposant des tarifs avantageux. Restaurant was a let-down
We've used this hotel off and on for nearly 40 years, First as Novotel, more recently as Golden Tulip and now as Campanile.
The rooms have been refitted quite well, although the "comfort" rooms are a long trek. Probably called that as they won't suffer from so many passing guests.
We used the restaurant in June, in the second week of the Campanile takeover, and were treated to a selection of "specials" as well as the standard (rather boring) menu. But this time (October) the specials had all disappeared. Perhaps they are seasonal, although I fear not.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful but, with the downturn in catering, we'll probably begin looking elsewhere.

Pleasant hotel with friendly staff. However, the choice of food for dinner, and it’s quality was poor.
