Run away! Serious attempt at fraud and paid service not provided.

After numerous stays in different countries, this is by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
We had booked a suite, which was ultimately assigned to another guest. Without any apology or real explanation, we were relocated to a lower category room that did not match the photos presented during the booking.
In addition to this, there were numerous problems: leaking jacuzzi and sink, mold in the bathroom, advertised but non-functional pool.
However, the most shocking aspect remains the management of the case. No acknowledgment of the inconveniences suffered, emails left unanswered, and a true obstacle course to obtain the refund of the price difference that was due: multiple follow-ups, repeated phone calls, and time wasted at the reception.
The establishment even confirmed in writing a commercial gesture, only to retract it by phone and never honor it.
Beyond the material dysfunctions, it is especially the total lack of professionalism, transparency, and consideration for the customer that stands out. An extremely disappointing experience that I would not wish on anyone.

A brunch that is not really a brunch.

I took my family for a brunch; we were 10, and it was such a disappointment to see this so-called brunch in the form of a buffet. We are used to brunches, but this Sunday, June 7, was a shame, a mediocrity of what was offered to us. The server reassured us by saying that more dishes would be coming, but that was not the case. I spoke with the manager who acknowledged the facts and agreed to the compensation we requested; he even asked us for a bank account number. To this day, after several follow-ups, I am still without news regarding Mr. Mazzelsi's promise. It is shameful to offer this kind of culinary service in this type of establishment.

Kind staff who do what they can but room 1: noisy, no hot water, clogged sink and electricity jumping, moved into room 2: leaking toilet and shower out of age
At the global dated and completely underinvested facilities that the few staff try to best manage
