Very good step in a pleasant setting

This is not the first time that we stop at this hotel in Beaucroissant in Isere and we are never disappointed.
The setting of the restaurant is pleasant and warm. All the walls are covered with wood which gives the impression of being in a high mountain chalet. The kitchen is simple and good. We eat very well. This is an excellent value for money.
The staff is very friendly. The waitress even thought about giving coloring sheets and colored pencils to the children so that they can keep busy during dinner...
The room is nice and comfortable. As for the restaurant, it is a mountain decor: all wooden which gives it a warm and comforting appearance. Cleanliness is impeccable and bedding impeccable.
An excellent address that we recommend for those who want to make a stop in the department of Isère and in a friendly and cozy atmosphere.

Very good experience

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. Great location. Not loud despite the road nearby. Welcoming staff and at the top. Perfect room for 4 with mountain views. A varied and hearty breakfast. We'll go back if we go back there.

A hotel that stopped in the sixties.
The room just scruffy.
The carpet is dirty.
The bathroom is not one.
On the toilet you can not sit only on the side as it looks directly in front of the shower cubicle made of plastic and this is also mouldy.
The balcony Rusty and dirty.
Luckily, we only stayed there one night.

Bonjour, nous vous remercions de vos remarques, Je suis surpris de vos remarque sur les années 60, peut être n'aimez vous pas le style savoyard, Nous sommes desoler en effet nous avons 4 salle de bain qui sont petite ou lors des rénovations nous ne pouvions pas faire autrement. Il fallait venir nous voir nous vous aurions changer de chambre avec plaisir. Je trouve dommage de mettre un mauvais commentaire sans etre venus nous voir ou nous aurions pu trouver une solution.

Simple, practical: Excellent step

Nice welcome, clean rooms, conventional, good bedding, nice bathroom. Original bar.
Dining: half board menu with choice dishes. homemade dishes, the cook comes in the room. All in a pleasant atmosphere.

Near Lake Paladru has nice prices!
