Pleasant hotel

Well-located hotel, close to the city center and citadel.
Bedding very good.
Pillow top
Spacious room for four
AC works very well
No noise disturbances
Just missing shower soap.

We can fall better

As soon as you arrive, you are asked to pay for your two nights in a hotel, which is quite common now in hotels.
But in addition we ask you for a credit card authorization of 80 € for whatever (the receptionist just told us that it was his management group that asked for this ). Would they think we were thieves?
In case you pass by this hotel, do not take one of the rooms overlooking the suburb one of the two windows often does not close.

The hotel is well located, right across from the train station with restaurants and fast food nearby. Parking is available for guests. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room is clean and comfortable. There was a kettle with tea and coffee provided. I really enjoyed my stay.

Unprofessional.

It is not good to mock guests when they arrive in the evening to ask if a room is available. A young Métis receptionist laughed in our face, telling us with a snide air that no, everything was complete.
