Perfect

Small accommodation perfectly clean with a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.
Toilet-shower.
Hairdryer.
A sofa bed on the lower level and a large double bed in the mezzanine.
Television, skylights with electric blinds and opening/closing motorization.
Air conditioning: a plus.
Breakfast, simple, hearty, and advantageous.

Check in was tricky since the apartment was without a reception. Key was handed via a key box. The hall in front of the apartment was full of laundry bags. Last but not least, only one key was handed out, and the doors would only lock from the inside with a key, meaning that going out in the morning for bread while the rest of the people in the apartment was sleeping, one had to leave the door unlocked. If the door was locked from the outside, the persons staying the apartment would not be able to escape the apartment through the door in the case of an emergency.

For the relative price, it was a nice cozy clean place. Nestled in a small old town feel area with narrow twisty windy streets and Belangerie nearby . A nice restaurant is attached to this property also. Parking is good and convenient. Checkin is a little clunky as we replied to their message twice through hotels.com in the ten hours before our arrival but no one responded to our two messages so when we arrived no one was there to give us a key to let us in. We had to spend time worrying and waiting and trying to talk to strangers in French to ask them if they knew how we could get into our room or how to contact the owner. This paid iff- after 30 minutes someone appeared but no one ever did reply to our two messages in hotels.com website. Also the bathroom has a stinky smell- I think the smell from the plumbing pipes must backup into the bathroom. It does have kitchen me our room hd multiple skylights which was nice. The three beds are acceptable except in our room they all butt up against the angled ceiling under the roof of the home so that you can easily bit your head if you sit up at night in any one of the three beds. Not a bad place but has issues. It was ok for the money.

I like the uncplplicatet check in and out . And that there was a olace to stay out and a free Parking spot.
