10 out of 10. Lovely place with the most authentic vibe and lots of aesthetics. Beautiful surroundings and a cute little town close to Colmar. Would love to visit again and stay longer than 1 night. A good place as a base for exploring the nearby beautiful cities.

Honestly my family and I were disappointed. Took one of the suites which once we entered was around 34°C and we were given a fan that just blew the hot air around. The pool is reserved for anyone over 16, which would be good to know when booking with a 4 years old. The breakfast was horrible and not peaceful at all with whi ever was in charge, just shouting a lot and complaining all the way though service. No plates for breakfast, no bread, eggs finished or what was left was cold and dry. not a great stay and experience!. Sorry

Disappointed

Very disappointed by our dinner at this establishment.
Service much too slow (more than an hour wait for 2 standard dishes from the menu). Not enough staff to handle the number of outdoor and indoor tables.
Also forget the terrace in summer unless you like sharing your plate with a dozen bluebottle flies…
Decent value for money but this address is not worth the detour, however.

Quaint hotel and restaurant in beautiful settings in Bergheim town centre. Old, yet gently modernised without compromising its heritage. Friendly English or German speaking staff. Located on the Wine Route. Free parking 2 min from the hotel.

Very satisfied

Nice, clean house. Room large with small kitchenette. Staff very friendly. Breakfast by French standards very good.
