It was great.

It was my first visit to Béthune and a short business trip. Because the surrounding hotels are fully booked, really appreciate the landlord Emilia's willingness to offer me a studio that would have been reserved for old customers and at a very good price.
Breakfast was delicious, the surroundings were safe and the room facilities were very complete and comfortable.
I only arrived at 23pm and Emilia was there to receive me, really very sweet and very grateful for her patience and care.
Thank you so much for your warm stay and I was very impressed with Béthune

So let me begin by saying that there is no check in process, no one on reception & they do not have a card machine. I secured my booking with a card that got blocked my bank due to fraud. There’s no way to change payment method on here but on the day, the hotel tried to take the payment & when it declined they emailed me. But it was from a gmail account so I wasn’t even sure if it was legitimate. My receipt on here showed I had paid so I wrote to them on here to explain that & said that if there is any problem then I’ll sort it out on my arrival if I need to pay. Then I didn’t hear from them again. I drove to this hotel from the UK after work & arrived at just before 9. All locked up & in the dark, no answer on the Ring doorbell, no answer to the various mobile numbers I found, hotels.com tried too… then a nice French lady tried calling them from her French phone & they answered! They said I could stay but they’ve rebooked my room & I’d have to pay cash for a lesser room! This is for work so we sorted it out by me booking another room on here to pay by card. It was ok but massive dip in the middle of the bed, gone off biscuits, no towels (none!) & I got bitten twice & more!I guess they were good enough to let me stay in the end given they hadn’t had payment but I wouldn’t return, I didn’t think it was great that they left me stranded over an hour & given the circumstances & I was communicating with them all the while, & then the room…I just can’t say I’d recommend it, sorry.

Good address

Beautiful place, quiet and relaxing, very well located in Béthune
Very clean, good bedding
A very generous breakfast
Very pleasant and welcoming hosts
Good value for money
Small downside on the jacuzzi, too much chlorine, we didn't stay there long because
But that didn’t spoil the stay

HUNGRY CYCLISTS

Very clean establishment and very friendly receptionist but no English was a slight problem. Jacuzzi after 105 km cycle was most welcome.
However, However, HOW ON EARTH they can justify €100 for a double bed ( asked for a twin !!!) and a breakfast that defies logic. THE worst breakfast I have ever had in my travels globally. GET your act together and recognise that breakfast is an integral part of our start to the day ( especially if you are on a cycling trip) Have been hungry and tired because of essentially a VERY poor start to my day. WILL not return. So much for Fitness and Well-being establishment, you should be ashamed.

Amazing place to stay

Me and my other half got married on the 2nd June and wanted some where to go for a couple of days to relax after the wedding as I work and sell hot tubs in the uk in Ashford Kent wanted a place with a spa. So we looked for a spa place and see this on a site and great price and just over a 1 hour from the ferry port so went over on Sunday and stayed some where else then then traveled to the place was see by the lady and her husband he spoken a little English the lady did not the room we had was amazing and so sweet and was lovely to stay there and the bed was so comfy we had massager chair and also went in the hot tub each night was there.
In the morning breakfast was laid out and looked and tasted so great thank you so much for every thing we worth the visit so will have to go back.
