I really liked the hotel. We arrived after the reception was closed and they left us easy instructions to follow. We got a room that led to the beach and the view was fantastic. The room itself had the basics you need for a long stay, they only give you one toilet paper roll and a bottle of soap, so keep this in mind. It has a parking lot 100 Mts away from the reception. Would definitely stay here again.

The views are beautiful of the ocean. The room was bare minimum, felt old and unclean, and the amenities and "golf" part of the hotel is a run-down miniature golf course. The check out procedures were ridiculous, more like a full self-clean AirBnB versus a hotel. It was incredibly hot in the room, and were provided a fan on the second day. I would not choose to stay here again.

Lack of air conditioning
There is no air conditioning, and even a fan is missing. How can one have a good night without either of these two?

Very disappointing
Apartment to avoid very difficult to wash properly a small trickle of water in the shower despite a complaint no one moved.the fridge freezes instead of keeping cool and in the sofa bed uncomfortable it lacks slats.Very disappointing

Family weekend
Nice receptionist. Despite the works, easy access and close to the Basque coast. Practical private parking also.
However, it is quickly hot in the accommodation, it is poorly soundproofed, being on the first floor, we could all hear what our neighbors were doing upstairs... Especially when they're very early. The sofa bed is really not comfortable and lacks a basic product kit.
After for the price, it remains competitive for a weekend but not more.

Reception opening hours are: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00 Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00 Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00 Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00 In July and August reception is open: Sunday to Friday from 08:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00 Saturday from 08:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 21:00. For stays of 7 nights of more guests should arrive from 17:00 and leave their accommodation before 11:00 on the day of departure. For all other stays guests should arrive from 15:00 and leave their accommodation at 11:00 on the day of departure. For arrivals outside these hours please contact the residence in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that breakfast and bakery service have to be booked the day before. Please note that free shuttle to city centre is available in front of the residence every 20 minutes from Monday to Saturday, except during bank holidays.
