Exceptional location.

Hotel with an incredible view of the ocean.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Gorgeous infinity pool.
The rooms with terraces are very pleasant.
Complimentary breakfast that is very complete and of good quality.
The downsides: bar is not easily accessible and the hotel clearly shows signs of aging in various places.
We nonetheless had an excellent stay and will probably return.

Not so grand le plage

We stayed here and it was terrible, not as advertised. It is listed as four star. It is a long way away from that. It felt like it was about to close down.
General ambience of neglect and tiredness. We booked a room which was meant to be ocean view but was largely of a motor bike car park and the town.
Coffee machine dirty and had fungus growing in it
Pool area was dilapidated.
Piles of unused outdoor furniture piled up, and a large unused, space in front of the restaurant made for a bleak view.
Disengaged and uninterested reception staff on departure.

The best of hospitality in Biscarrosse

A high-quality hotel, extremely well-equipped with spacious rooms, some of which overlook the ocean. What is more interesting is that every room rented automatically includes breakfast, and it is really very varied and very hearty. All the staff is extremely professional, empathetic, and helpful.

Lovely hotel, beautifully located. Very friendly staff behind the reception.

Exceptional hotel

An exceptional location on the Atlantic coast: incredible view. A 4-star establishment that combines a very nice service with attentive and refined staff. A very good restaurant.
