Very noisy, not very attentive
We booked a COSY / STANDARD room (for 160€/night in high season).
We were very disappointed especially the soundproofing between the rooms that is non-existent (we could hear the neighbors chatting, blowing their nose, watching videos on their phone and even the zip of the suitcase). Added to this, the hotel started cleaning in the next room at 9am with the vacuum cleaner full.
Escape if you are looking for calm and privacy.

From the castle of wonders to an average hotel
We arrived here after staying in a dream hotel in the center of France, in St Sozy. Arriving here with great expectations, since we had booked the hotel on the same platform as the other, Logis, and they had an identical rating, we expected something similar. However, this was not the case. The hotel is nice, with a nice pool area with boxed games and table tennis, and stylishly furnished common areas. The problem is the Price quality ratio. Yes, the room was ok, but paying 200 euros per night for a room of 2, already small, with a bed resting near the bedroom window made it difficult to move. The bathroom was also minute, with a closet closed only for the toilet (with broken fan) where, if you closed the door while you were doing the toilets, you were sure you would die from the smell. The tub was uncomfortable, and then there were power outlets missing. Positive notes were big TV and that the beds were comfortable, with choice between soft and hard pillow. One thing we will not be able to digest was the lack of a private minibar or a common fridge, to have fresh water for the night we had to buy it before going to sleep, or put it under cold running water. Also the soundproofing was not bad for external noises as the Hotel was on the street, but we could hear the room next door, and let’s say that hearing a baby crying at 6am was not really pleasant. Nice that the tennis center was in front of the hotel and that they had many parking lots, including one for disabled people. Next time maybe we'll stay 5 more days in St Sozy...

Nous sommes toutefois surpris par certains points évoqués : toutes nos chambres sont bien équipées de la climatisation, du wifi gratuit, ainsi que d’eau chaude et froide. Nous sommes désolés si un dysfonctionnement ponctuel a pu altérer votre confort, et nous aurions été ravis de pouvoir intervenir durant votre séjour.
Concernant la taille des chambres, il est vrai qu’elles varient selon les catégories, et n’hésitez pas à nous contacter directement pour un conseil adapté à vos besoins lors d’un prochain passage.
