Stop disappointing night

Arrived we were charged an extra breakfast. We had paid in advance at night for 5 and breakfast. And we're asking for another breakfast.
Arriving in the rooms, the bed upstairs there was just a duvet but no duvet cover. We were told they didn't wear them, they didn't sprain. In the morning at breakfast we had asked what time it started we had been answered from 6:30. And when we arrived for breakfast, the person tells us it's 7:30 normally on weekends. And in the room a horrible smell of urine force open the window. Pillows all soft, in the room two people just traversin to share two steps pillow.
Chocolate plus fleet, no good at all, just Brioche, no yogurt, croissant, and orange juice no good at all.
Shameful. And the toilets are down the hall, as well as communal showers but not very clean. Really disappointing. I recommend this hotel. We won't go back to that.

To avoid

I've been here many times before, I've almost always been satisfied. But this time there have been many problems, I see a very clear drop in quality.
-the codes do not work to open the rooms, obligation to address the staff each time you want to go home...
-No towel, no cup to drink a glass of water, brush your teeth
TV works but the channels are all out of order
-little hearty breakfast: a little bread and bread crumbs, no brioche, cakes, pastries, dairy, fruit
-no light in a toilet
As it is I recommend this hotel

Hotel especially to be avoided very strongly!

The welcome is very unpleasant, not even a good evening, the welcome is very cold, our first image is negative, then she opens the room for us, the state of the room is horrible, zero hygiene level, the sheets, inside the bed full of yellow stains dirty see photo and even a cotton swab and tweezers, the smell of the room takes over the nose, I advise you not to come.

Certainly the worst Formula 1 hotel in the country!

I have stayed in perhaps ¾ of the Formula 1 hotels in France and in all honesty, I have never seen one in such a state.
Persistent smells of mold and cigarettes, bedbugs in the common areas, the toilets seem to be very rarely cleaned since in the showers, you can see the same hairs the day and the next day (and the day after that) in the same place, no ventilation neither and the doors are peeling not to mention the dust, the dilapidation and the various stains of “we don't really know what and we don't really want to know” here and there.
To top it off, we couldn't wash the second evening or the morning of departure because there was no hot water (we never had any in the room either).
As for the manager who will tell you “Yes, yes, of course, we will reimburse you, of course!” Forget that ! Just a smooth talker!
If you have the possibility, pay 10€ more but go elsewhere, this hotel should simply be closed, I am ashamed of the image this establishment gives to foreigners who come to France!

Extremely terrible dirt!

On arrival we barely knew what we saw. Very bad! Dirt, smelly hotel, mold and vermin in the rooms. We literally fled there and certainly didn't stay overnight! That fit still exists in 2024, unbelievable!This hotel must be closed!
