Classy and quiet

My girlfriend, myself and our two children of nearly five and seven spent three nights at La Maison du Closier.
Upon arrival we could park our car safely in the secluded driveway of the establishment.
We enjoyed the privacy of a whole floor of the house, comprising two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. We also had access to a salon on the ground floor. Everything was tastefully decorated and spotless clean.
The establishment is located outside the city of Blois and surrounded by a large garden, guaranteeing absolute quiet at night.
The hostess and her husband were very friendly and provided useful information about attractions in the area.
Breakfast was french (croissants, baguette) with homemade fruit salad with a bonus of easter eggs for the children.

Un très bon souvenir...

Nous avons séjourné à la Maison du Closier durant 3 nuits. Nous en gardons un souvenir ému et ravi. Cette belle demeure chargée d'histoire et son magnifique parc, ainsi que l'accueil et toutes les attentions délicates de nos hôtes ont encore embelli notre séjour à Blois.
Nous avons passé également un très agréable moment en leur compagnie lors d'un apéritif convivial.
La proximité avec la ville a été un atout supplémentaire.

Hidden treasure in Blois

We hebben genoten van deze plek, vanuit deze heerlijk rustig gelegen B&B verkende we de omgeving, we maakten een trip naar Chambord en meerdere keren naar Blois. De gastvrouw is zeer vriendelijk en heeft goede tips, het ontbijt is uitstekend, de B&B is authentiek, zeer goed bijgehouden en ervaar je als een volledig ingericht huis. De tuin om het huis is bijzonder royaal, bijna een park, in de diverse verschillende bomen wonen vele zangvogeltjes. Deze plek is een fantastische plek om als rustplek te kiezen en de omgeving te verkennen, wij bleven drie nachten en reisden verder naar Zuid Frankrijk. Een relaxte en culturele stat van onze vakantie.
