Great place to stay!
This is a beautiful chateau. We loved it! The pool, bedroom, staircase, everything apart from.the evening meal. Very disappointed. Very mediocre and very overcooked. However the waitress was so lovely and helpful and accommodating. Would recommend breakfast but definitely not evening meal.

Overnight stay
Nice hotel let down by the food and room access......would not like to bring a case to the room ... Only fish on the menu. Managed to get an omelette by asking the waitress. Might be better in the summer.

TO ESCAPE.....
Group lunch in April 2026 very disappointing both in quality and content!! Tasteless punch, deli tray correct. But what about the meal served for 50 people... A shame. Entrance with a very disappointing gizzard salad....Gizzards? we can ask ourselves!!!!
Burgundy the pieces of meat could be counted on the plate.. And what about dessert a Breton shortbread too hard to be spoon-cut with a presentation on the plate not worthy of a restaurant!!!!
Waitress who tells us not to make too much noise because hotel above our room. Same waitress who at 11:05 pm tells us that we must leave and who starts to rid because we had to leave supposedly at 11 pm but notion not communicated to our group when booking. I am not talking about parking without light to reach our cars!!!
In total, very disappointing group meal, which is not at all worth the price we paid. Restaurant not of interest, pity because the setting is beautiful. Personally, if I had a wedding to organize in this place, I wouldn't even get a quote considering what we were served at this group meal!
If I could put 0 as a mark I would have.
Too bad you don't know how to enjoy a group meal to advertise yourself and serve quality dishes even if they are simple.

Nous avons pris connaissance de votre retour avec attention, bien que nous soyons surpris par la sévérité de vos propos. Nous regrettons que l'expérience n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Toutefois, certains points méritent d'être précisés pour une lecture objective de la situation. Pour rappel, les choix de plats (Salade de gésiers, Bœuf Bourguignon, Sablé Breton) ont été validés par les personnes présentes plusieurs semaines à l'avance parmi nos diverses propositions. En ce qui concerne la qualité, nous sommes étonnés de votre retour, d'autant plus que la quasi-totalité des assiettes nous est revenue vide en cuisine, ce qui est habituellement un signe de satisfaction durant le service. Notre établissement étant couplé à un hôtel, nous veillons au repos de nos résidents sauf si une privatisation de la salle est prévue. Nous regrettons si cette information vous a semblé brusque lors de l'annonce par notre serveuse. Contrairement à ce que vous indiquez, l'éclairage extérieur du parking était parfaitement opérationnel et allumé lors de votre départ plusieurs membres de l'équipe sont parties au même moment que vous. Room for 3, ok size, bathroom a little cramped. Disability parking in courtyard and stairs lifts inside. Outdoor pool open in summer, restaurant on ground floor, reception on first floor.

Bad experience
Very disappointing group meals, bad dishes (kind of breaded cheese too salty as a starter, risotto with bad rubble composed of two small pieces of bad meat, slice of cake for dessert), not pleasant waitresses,. We were forbidden to make any noise and were asked to leave at 11pm. When we came out with no outside light, we were all in the dark.

Pour rappel votre menu a été choisi par vos soins quelques semaines avant, et les plats que vous décrivez (fromage pané, risotto, daube etc) ne correspondent en rien au menu qui a été servi lors de votre venue. En effet en entrée vous aviez choisi : cromesquis jambon, sauce tomate et crème paprika fumée, donc pas de fromage.
En ce qui concerne le "risotto" il s'agit d'un riz pilaf donc du riz blanc, puis la mauvaise daube était en réalité du paleron. Malgré vos critiques, nous avons constaté que les assiettes sont revenues quasi vides en cuisine, sans qu'aucune remarque ne soit faite durant le service.
En ce qui concerne le bruit, nous nous devons de préserver la tranquillité de nos résidents si une privatisation de la salle n'est pas prévue ce qui à été le cas.
