A hotel not in my choice

This B&B hotel is located in the outskit of Paris and public transport is not easy to access. My experience with the front-desk staff was terrible and seemed to be unfriendly to me. I communicated in English but the response was cold.

Weird not have any soap on the toilet. When I asked the answer was, 'there is a fixed one in the shower'. Dirty rooms with heavy cigarette smell. Good WiFi connection. Most probably will not select B&B hotels anymore.

The WiFi was spotty at best. The mattress was so thin you almost guaranteed to wake up with a sore back. The rooms was soo small. And the bathroom constantly smelled like sewer. Couldn’t take and even remotely long shower cause the shower would fill with water and you would have to shut it off to let the water drain out. Most of the staf tried to be friendly but one night I went and asked if they had 2 extra pillows and was told no.. that they only have enough for each room. Breakfast was good.. selection was pretty good.

Basic, Budget but Clean. Fine for 1-2 days

I stayed here for 2 nights this week. I booked this hotel as I had a long 23 hour flight and just wanted a clean basic room to rest and sleep before heading into Paris. It is about a 15 minute car ride, between CDG Airport and Paris,
Reception staff speak English quite well so all went Ok as my French is not great. I had to wait for the cleaning staff to finish with my room but that was fine.
You get what you pay for! I had a double room with private bathroom. The hotel has breakfast for an extra €6.60 but I preferred the short walk to Le Chene cafe, great place, friendly staff and coffee was only €3.80. There is a Monoprix just across the road for groceries, fruit, pastries, wine etc.
There are lots of other places for quick meals. About the area... I felt safe as I wondered around during the day, exploring the little town. As a women alone I wouldn't go out by myself after dark but it didn't get dark until 8.30pm. Ladies..There are a few shoe and a lingerie outlets around the corner, if you have some spare time! Cheap hotel for a stop over only
