Was not what I expected. Reasonable sized room (was expecting a Paris sized garrett) with attached kitchen. Bed was comfy. Shower could have been more powerful but was able to use ok. Location, 5 mins from the tram network (72 hour physical ticket - dead easy at the machine at the airport, three languages to chose from). 5 mins from a Carrefour for supplies if needed. Onsite water fountain, 3 choices - still, slightly fizzy and proper fizzy. All cold. Tap water in kitchen for tea making.
Reception good and helpful. Multi lingual of course.
Breakfast available for extra cost but we just bought on the go in town - fresh croissants and coffee, mmmmm.
Onsite parking - can't comment as didn't use but it is there.
Overall, would use again for a short stay.

Not very happy

The negatives: very expensive for what it is: no cleaning during my 5 days unless I paid an extra fee, no one on Sunday afternoon, far from public transport, impossible to open the window to the courtyard due to the incessant noise from the air conditioners of the building across the street, the wifi stopped and no one to restart it on Sunday, no wifi outlet near the bed, no air conditioning but a small noisy unit.
The positives: room okay, fresh water dispenser, grocery store nearby.

good stay in bordeaux, hotel was in convenient location, around 10-15 minutes from centre.
although the room had simple cooking facilities which we didnot use, the room was a little cramped if you were eating in, and did not just sleep there.

Always good service

I stayed at this aparthotel for six nights in July 2025. It was my third stay at this well located accomodation which was especially well priced this year. A quiet location in a residential street it is walking distance to much of the city centre attractions and services. All the staff are very good. This time a summer staff member Natania was excellent in printing out my onward travel train ticket which had been beyond my technophobe abilities . She also allocated me a splendid studio which was spotlessly clean with kitchenette fully equipped. One light bulb problem was swiftly fixed. Bed modern and comfortable. Plenty of storage A really well run facility.

Room was dated, woodchip wall paper, needed a refresh, door handle fell off the inside of the door and there was black mould in the bathroom shower. Didn’t use the swimming pool as it was too far away from the main building. Only 2 small toilet rolls provided for a weeks stay, room wasn't cleaned daily like in other hotels. No complimentary tea bags or coffee in room.
