The hotel is close to trams so easy to get into town , the staff are very friendly and you can park securely in Q parking just over the road, nice place easy to find.

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The hotel was situated perfectly for me to walk to my river cruise ship nearby. I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment about that. The tram to the center of town is very close to the hotel.

The hotel was outstanding. The room was very spacious and well appointed. The staff was very helpful and recommended an excellent Bistro for dinner. The breakfast was also very good. We would certainly stay again.

Vatel or Vatet retro satanas?

Breakfast ridiculous. Fake juices, pastries thawing, no English breakfast, impossible to have an egg in the proper flat (overcooked).
No restaurant on the WK. Room not the cleanest. Sound insulation zero on 4 floors the street noise was hellish.
The 4 stars must refer to the 4 spots on the ceiling.
Fortunately the staff at the top.

Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de partager, pour la troisième fois (après booking.com et google) votre avis, bien que nous regrettions sincèrement que votre expérience n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes et et que vous ne nous en ayez pas fait part lors de votre départ, au moins pas tout.
Nous sommes navrés que notre offre de petit-déjeuner ne vous ait pas convaincu. Pourtant, nous mettons un point d'honneur à sélectionner des produits de qualité et nos équipes en salle ont normalement à cœur de répondre aux demandes spécifiques de chaque client.
Concernant les nuisances sonores, notre établissement est situé en plein cœur de l'activité urbaine, ce qui fait son attrait mais peut, malgré notre double vitrage, présenter des inconvénients pour les sommeils les plus légers.
Nous sommes néanmoins ravis que vous ayez apprécié le professionnalisme de notre équipe. Celle-ci a eu à cœur de faciliter votre séjour en vous attribuant la chambre PMR spécifiquement demandée et en vous faisant bénéficier d'un surclassement gracieux vers une catégorie supérieure. Nous espérons que ces attentions ont contribué à votre confort.

Spotless, well run home away from home!

Firstly, gratitude for everything from the best possible staff to the upgraded suite and fresh breakfast. The hotel is walking distance to bars, restaurants and the tram. The comfort was not just the crisp white bedding, housecoats and large room but the caring and competent staff. They made our stay incredible!
