Very positive review

I spent a beautiful week focused on relaxation. Beautiful and clean hotel. Good food and very kind staff. The only downside is the minibar in the room, but overall I am very satisfied.

Crystal clear, huge pool surrounded by a lush forest and a tranquil path to the cool waters of the turquoise ocean. Just amazing.

The staff is so freaking nice, they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

Lots of room for improvement

My boyfriend and I spent a week at this hotel and had mixed experiences.
**Positives:**
- The pool was clean and well maintained – ideal for relaxing.
- The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- Beach access was a highlight. It was great that the beach was very close and easily accessible.
- Breakfast was fine, but there was only a small selection and lack of fresh ingredients.
**negatives:**
- Unfortunately there were extremely many mosquitoes, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable.
- Our room was in a very old condition, which disappointed us.
- The shower was a problem: There was no pole or curtain, which made showering very impractical.
- Internet was extremely bad, which is unacceptable nowadays, even in a 3-star hotel.
-The faucet in the general ladies and gentlemen toilet unfortunately still did not work, which apparently has not worked for months.
Overall, we had some nice moments, but the hotel would definitely have room for improvement in some areas.
