big disappointment

we stayed one night in this hotel and are very disappointed defective air conditioning in the middle of a heatwave infernal noise no way to sleep we request a room change but internet outage to check the schedule despite being relocated in the evening at 10 PM thanks to the kindness of the night watchman who did what was necessary breakfast very disappointing not qualitative and no commercial gesture no invoice we received an inferior quality one no refund of the price difference was made really we will not return and do not recommend it anymore

A pleasant hotel despite some aging rooms…

A hotel with somewhat aging rooms; however, they are of reasonable size. An advantage is that the toilets are separate from the bathroom. Moreover, the establishment is by the water and some rooms overlook it; be sure to request this, as it will save you from having a view of the parking lot. The city center is not nearby, but it can be reached by taking a pleasant walk.

Booking problem (financial) and hotel below expectations.

Booking was made via Agoda, Singapore, which worked admirably before.
Got confirmation for the correct hotel and correct amount.
Could not have a meal at the hotel.
Had to do with so-so expensive burgers at a local place.
Hotel had not received payment confirmation.
The amount due has been reserved on credit card, paid at the hotel once more.
We've probably been scammed by Agoda, or hackers of their systems, but ibis/Accor (hackers?) may also be the source of this mishap.
Will post comment on Agoda as well.
Ibis has a complaint program, but they want to place too many unknown effect cookies and we can't have that, can we now?
Your average common user's privacy may not be asessed. Too complicated.
We've stayed at other ibis hotels and they were of a lot better quality than this place in Bourbon-Lancy.
From now on, we'll be very wary using either Agoda or ibis/Accor.

Pleasantly surprised

Very nice staff; Vincent gave us a great Welcoming!
Top bedding, spacious bedroom and bathroom.
Quiet place and nice lake view.
Regarding breakfast there is plenty to eat!
