Perfect!

A perfect stay booked at the very last minute! We are satisfied with our experience.
​The hotel is very clean, particularly quiet, and the air conditioning in the room is a real plus.
​A big thank you to all the staff who are absolutely top-notch. Being on crutches, we asked to change rooms and they did everything to facilitate my stay and put me in the best conditions. Special mention also to the cleaning staff who do an excellent job.
​Great value for money! Thank you very much to the whole team, we recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Avoid at all costs, even on a small budget.

Dirty, right from the entrance, restrooms that smell like urine, shared showers and toilets with "guests" who have their doors open.
Abominable, yet for one night I am not picky, but this... Impossible.
Besides, is it really a hotel...

Vous avez laissé le même commentaire sur le site de reservation Expedia et on va vous communiquer la même réponse
Vous avez essayé de vous faire surclasser après avoir pris possession de votre chambre mais on vous a informé ne pas avoir de chambre avec SDB privative disponible sinon on l'aurait fait sans problème
Vous ne souhaitiez pas partager les douches et les toilettes, vous pouviez annuler votre réservation sans frais mais vous aviez préféré maintenir votre séjour
Il y'a 4 douches et 4 toilettes par niveau sur 3 niveau, et ils sont nettoyés régulièrement, y compris le soir par le réceptionniste de nuit
Sinon, on a des chambres avec SDB privatives mais 50 % plus cher, chambre que vous n'aviez pas sélectionné lors de votre réservation
Pour finir, l'établissement 2 * le moins cher était au double du prix que vous aviez déboursé piur votre séjour sinon plus, et vous le savez

Good value for money

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel.
It is certainly an ageing hotel, but the cleanliness is excellent both in the shared bathrooms and in the rooms. Bedding as impeccable as well as towels.
The value for money is perfect.
The kindness of the people at the reception is also appreciated.
The only downside, which did not exist, it seems to me, last year, are the dozens of beeps of the lock, when you open the bedroom door.
Because of this, I was awakened very early in the morning by the neighbour’s lock, who was probably going to work.
It seems to me that it must be easy to make these openings silent.

Nous rénovons par étapes cet ancien hotel Lemon de 72 chambre.
Nous avons créé 12 chambres avec douches et toilettes privatives et nous continueront de le faire cette année.
Nous avons remplacé les moquettes des 72 chambres par du parquet, les anciennes petites TV par des 32 pouces, et installer une fibre dédié.
Pour les le claquement, nous allons faire le nécessaire , car cela signale qu'il faudra changer les piles

Exceptional commercial performance.

I want to give my testimony. I had booked "firm and definitive, without possibility of withdrawal free of charge" for the week of August 03, 2025.
Reading several very negative reviews scared me to stay there 5 nights!
I opened up to the manager of the hotel who, kindly and spontaneously, told me that I could CANCEL FREE OF CHARGE! This is a commercial gesture that deserves to be highlighted and thanked! A PRO who knows how to make the difference: Good cordially?

Live and dead cockroaches on the bed
Gross shower, never cleaned
I think there's a will to screw people up.
