Pleasant stay

Nice hotel with a beautiful relaxation area (pool, sauna, steam room), you can even order your cocktail at the bar and go sip it quietly at the spa... A big plus: the staff! Truly attentive, kind, and very pleasant, I have rarely seen such a welcoming staff!
Breakfast is a success, with choices, fresh products, there is something for everyone!

An experience to forget.

Terrible welcome! Let's just say they don't like families: they excluded our child from the pool without any prior written or oral warning regarding the inaccessibility for children. Moreover, the pool is a hole, little bigger than a bathtub, so advertising the hotel as having a pool seems like false advertising to me, but let's move on to the welcome: if you go 5 minutes before the scheduled check-in time, they will tell you the room is not ready without even checking. The room they sell as "luxurious" is characterized by: a hole in the bathroom, a wobbly mirror to test your seasickness while you dry your hair, a ridiculous hair dryer, single mattresses pushed together with a gap in between, hair in the clean sheets, and finally, last but not least, a view of a wall, which I am attaching. The city is certainly not picturesque. If you want to pass through this area, Le Conquet is a gem, with breathtaking beaches and views, as well as various interesting spots. Forget Brest and especially this hotel!

Disappointing

Disappointing room considering the price
The room key card never worked, no towels, no soap to wash our hands in the bathroom, no toilet paper, and no coffee pods in the room even though we had an executive room. We lost count of our many trips back and forth to the hotel reception
The staff is friendly but the management leaves something to be desired

Very good stay

Very good establishment with parking.
Good restaurant every evening except Sunday.
Good sweet/savory breakfast.
A special note for the entire staff.

Too bad about the poor quality of the breakfasts!

Very disappointed with the breakfasts!
Very courteous waitresses
but it is difficult to get sausages and bacon. Let's not even talk about the scrambled eggs, of which we only saw crumbs... even when going to breakfast at 8:30 AM! Too bad, otherwise the rooms are great and we slept well!
