One-night family stopover
The rooms were comfortable, the hotel was pleasant, and the breakfast was simply exceptional! ☕
We would also like to thank the assistant in particular who contacted us immediately when our children forgot their Nintendo Switch. This responsiveness, honesty, and attention demonstrate a genuine concern for service and customers.
A big thank you to the whole team for your welcome and kindness. We recommend this establishment without hesitation and will return with great pleasure during a future visit to Lyon!

very good!
Indeed, we were welcomed quickly and efficiently. Our room was well-suited for two and was air-conditioned. For the price, it’s perfect! Furthermore, breakfast is included and is very nice. I recommend this hotel to everyone, especially for short stopovers.

I slept 3 nights out of 12
Predatory behaviour on the part of the manager
first night he put me in a room that didn't close (I realized it in the morning that it didn't lock)
3rd night when I indicated my intention to leave at the reception because of this episode, as well as the absence of breakfast, and the also non-existent soundproofing of the rooms , the manager knocked on my door at 10:45 and 11 pm while I slept in light clothes, supposedly to settle the situation and offer me to change rooms at this time????
