Good and well located hotel
A good stopover hotel on this occasion. Good parking for late arrival. The breakfast choice was good and everything was available. Sleep quality was good. The staff were very good. A great accessible location. The hotel appears to be constantly been updated as each trip the hotel appears to have been refreshed.

The hotel room was extremely warm, even with a fan. It was disappointing that the website lists air conditioning as an amenity but there was none in the room so very uncomfortable to sleep.

Could use a good renovation but the team is top-notch
A hotel that isn't in its prime and whose rooms could use a renovation, that said, the common areas on the ground floor are pleasant, as is the heated outdoor pool, but what strikes you most is the incredible kindness of the staff.
This is actually the 2nd time we have stayed at this very family-oriented Novotel.
Nice recognition of member status.

The hotel is perfect as an overnight hotel for a couple of nights. The hotel is of an older model, but clean and fresh. Nice and helpful staff at the reception. 3 minutes' walk to the hospital.
Pros:
Quick check-in/check-out.
Customer-centric at the reception.
Clean and fresh space.
Clean room.
Pool, fenced.
Local transport right outside the door.
Quiet rooms.
Good food in the restaurant.
20 minutes from Normandy.
Free parking.
