Relaxing vacation
Campsite on a human scale, quiet, relaxing in the middle of the scrubland, yet less than 30 minutes from the sea.
Very welcoming owner, accessible and eager to give good advice.
A very good base for visiting the whole region.

Pleasant
Quiet campsite and clean mobile home. We appreciated the manager's tolerance, who allowed us to enjoy the pool for 30 minutes after checking out of the accommodation. We regret, however, having to leave the premises as early as 10 a.m. and not being able to stay and enjoy the pool more, as is generally possible in the campsites we have visited. Too bad, because that would have been a real plus.

A very pleasant 10-day stay.
Welcoming and very attentive owner.
He took the time to advise us on places to see in the area and made sure to ask us if everything was going well. The camping was quiet, our mobile home was very well located and well equipped. The air conditioning was very appreciated.

AVOID!
TO AVOID! The camping of the wicked!
We were initially supposed to spend a week between the Villa Occitana and the Lodges du Lagon, both establishments being located right next to each other. Even before our arrival at the Villa Occitana, we stopped by the Lodges du Lagon to make contact and discover the places... and unfortunately, it was at that moment that everything changed.
We were received by the manager in a completely unacceptable manner. I have rarely seen someone so disrespectful, arrogant, and unpleasant with clients. From the very first minutes, we felt like we were bothering them. The tone used was aggressive, contemptuous, with a way of speaking to people that is frankly shocking. One feels looked down upon, treated like fools, and literally spoken to like dogs for questions that are simple and normal.
The welcome was so bad and unhealthy that we immediately decided not to stay with them. We were supposed to stay several days, but we preferred to leave the same day because the atmosphere was catastrophic. When one books a stay to relax, the last thing one expects is to be welcomed with such contempt and arrogance.
In light of some similar comments, we now understand that our experience is unfortunately not an isolated case. It is really a shame, as the place could have potential, but the manager's behavior ruins everything. A minimum of respect, politeness, and professionalism should be the foundation in this profession.
We will obviously never return and strongly advise against this establishment for those seeking a peaceful stay with a human and respectful welcome.
