Hotel and tank visit

we stayed in the hotel on the hottest day of 2025. The welcome was warm but the rooms were cool and sheltered from the sun. the dinner was excellent and the wine choice was good. Service was attentive but not overwhelming. The added bonus is that the owner found and manages the museum that contained the WW1 tank “Diana” - he gave us a detailed and personalised tour of Diana on the morning we left. what a brilliant hotel. what a great owner.

Thank you for everything, stay to do again

Great hotel, nice rooms, PDJ and the restaurant on top, plus you can eat gluten free. Plus there's a lovely cat.

a journey into the past

An old fashioned hotel in a quiet location 10 minute walk from the town,the rooms were very comfortable giving you a good nights sleep, the eve;ning meal and the the breakfasts were excellent,drinks were reasonably priced the staff were very attentive and the patron Philippe was magnificent.we went to flesquieres tank museum and Phillipe was the perfect guide , we followed in the footsteps of my grandfather who was in the 12th batt Royal Tank Corps at the the 2nd battle of cambrai where he was awarded the Military Cross. thank you again Philippe for all the info you supplied us with. Excellent stay.

As always at Hotel Beatus an excellent stay in a bucolic and relaxing setting. An impeccable service and very attentive. The restaurant is tasty and very hearty. Recommended property for a memorable stay

Fabulous hotel and staff

We loved this hotel and can’t wait to go back. Fascinating old building but the rooms have been beautifully renovated. Breakfast was amazing in a lovely dining room overlooking the garden. Great wines to drink in the bar. All in all it was a fabulous stop.
