Good location

Clean and tidy apartment, good location close to shops, beach and train station. Has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Make sure you travel light as there isn't a lift. Florella staff are friendly and helpful

Good location, very small bathroom!

The location of the apartment is great, all within walking distance to the beach, shops and train station. The apartment had all the amenities needed to allow us to have a mostly comfortable stay (cooking facilities, air-conditioning, hair dryer, iron etc). I will however mention that at first our TV wasn't working and they had this replaced rather quickly (great service), we also experienced quite a bit of rain which did leak through the ceiling unfortunately, but this didn't affect our trip. I will mention that the bathroom is extremely small, so undersized that you cannot even sit on the toilet properly and must sit sideways to be able to use the toilet, the shower is also very small and definitely only suited to small and slender people. The reception was very prompt and provided good service when needed. Overall

Perfect

It was perfect. The apartment has everything you’d need. The location was also great and surprisingly very calm despite the festival taking place at the same time. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it. The staff was very nice and could arrange me an earlier time for the check-in. I really appreciate that.

Great stay

Booked this place based on the location. It’s 5 minutes walk from the beach, close to shops, Gambetta Market, train station etc. Apartment was clean and modern, on ground floor, easy to check in and access. Felt safe at the same time. Air con worked great. Kitchen is functional and well equipped for a self catering apartment. Nespresso coffee machine and on arrival pods were great. Nothing really I can fault, especially for the price we paid. Definetly worth it. Cannes is an expensive but fabulous location and places like this make it nice and affordable for everyone.

Big room but no elevator, no service.

I stayed one night here before going back to Nice. It’s 3mins walk to the train station. You get your key at the security box next to your room. There’s a clear guide sent to your email with all the passcode you need. My room is at the second floor which is quite challenging to get to when you have a 30kg luggage. But it is quiet and nice with two beds, a sofa bed in the sitting room and a double bed. The shower is big and clean as well. It’s a resident not a hotel so you have to take your trash out when you check out. Quite annoying when you have so many things to carry already. Saw the note that there’s extra charge for to change towel and housekeeping but I only stayed for one night so not a problem for me.
