Steeling from your customers and unfriendly

Online reservation went wrong: their website changed date by 1 day, so on arrival they refused to change the date and made me pay double even though the hotel was not fully booked.

Avoid this restaurant

As part of a group of 9 we ate at the restaurant this evening. The service was poor, the wait time was 2 hours and the steaks served up to us were uneatable despite remonstrating with the chef.

Utterly appalling!!

What a terrible experience!!
We have been regularly guests this hotel choosing it because our welcome and stays have been great.
On this visit far from that!
A particular member of staff on reception and restaurant made our visit absolutely awful. On the first complaint the hotel manager kindky acknowledged our upset. We were returning 4 days later.
Again this member of staff on duty was utterly appalling with her attitude towards us. And as we found out numerous guests made complaints.
We even ate our evening meal in the 5 star restaurant to avoid a battle with her.
It needs to change as the hotel will loose out with her dealing with guests.
Unsure if we will rebook for another visit.

A nightmare

Dinner at the restaurant was truly scandalous; we waited a very long time to eat dishes that I wouldn't have even fed to my dog....

Warning!!!

Great location in the city. Friendly welcome. But WARNING!!!! We were quickly disillusioned!!! At 8:30 a.m., having left for breakfast, we left our bags in the room, thinking they were safe. It was the only time the bags remained out of our sight. When we left the room, the laundry carts were in the hallway. We had locked it with the key card. We ran into a housekeeper in the elevator twice!!
Upon returning home, we discovered that my wallet with my ID documents and a cash sum of €300 had disappeared, as well as the checkbook.
I called the hotel. The person had the nerve to tell me that the cleaning staff doesn't start until 11 a.m.!!! FALSE!!!!
No cameras in the room hallways.
A complaint has been filed!!!
So, be aware that your belongings are not safe in this hotel with dishonest cleaning staff!!! Keep your bags with you!!! The person on the phone didn't seem sorry, and one wonders if there is a manager ready to question the integrity of their staff.
