A true home away from home in Carcassonne

I stayed at Comfort Aparthotel Zenitude Carcassonne for almost two weeks, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely at home. A special thank you to Thomas, Marie-Pierre and Jean-Loris, who were always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Their kindness and professionalism made my stay truly memorable.
The apartment was spotless, comfortable and exceptionally well maintained throughout my stay. The housekeeping team also deserve a big thank you—they did a fantastic job every day and were always so friendly.
I absolutely loved the swimming pool. It was peaceful and, during the day, it often felt like I had it all to myself. There is also a small gym downstairs, which was perfect for my daily workouts. It may be compact, but it has everything you need to stay active.
The location is excellent too—only about a 30-minute walk to the beautiful medieval Cité de Carcassonne, making it easy to explore while staying somewhere peaceful and relaxing.
Everything exceeded my expectations. I arrived as a guest and left feeling like part of the family. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Comfort Aparthotel Zenitude to anyone visiting Carcassonne, and I sincerely hope to return one day

Avoid at all costs, it’s shameful

It’s a disgrace, the photos do not correspond at all to what you rent and the carpets are in a pitiful state, very dirty where animals must have pooped and peed on them, cleaning is very poorly done and the manager allows herself to say that the owner cannot afford to renovate the hotel, the pool you see in the photo does not correspond to the actual size, it’s a small tub, to tell you, 10 people and it’s full, it does not correspond at all to the descriptions, they look like camping cots, you have to see it to believe it, it’s shameful, oh yes, postscript: once you arrive they ask you for €103 for two people and a dog for eight days on top of the 500.56 euros you have already paid. This is not mentioned. Anyway, we couldn’t sleep there, we left for another rental with Booking.

Disappointing

Dilapidated room, carpets full of stains, a good refresh would not be bad.
Breakfast: 3 yogurts fighting for their lives, orange juice machine not working.
Frozen and burnt bread and pastries for $19, honestly you are overdoing it.
In short, try to improve your establishment because there would be potential.
